Service normally brilliant but not this time

Ordered a few times from you and had no problems, this order came box were battered hardly insulated and 80% of the dog food had defrosted

Hi Dale, we're sorry to hear you weren't very happy with your order this time, unfortunately we have had a hot couple of weeks with highs in our area of 26+ degrees we do our best but sometimes that's not enough due to the weather, and we always try our hardest too put things right.

Excellent - would have given 5* but packaging issue

Great product and will buy again. I haven’t given a 5* as I had mine delivered and 1 of the tubes had not been sealed at either end with the metal clips and as such it defrosted and the contents went all over the other intact tubes. Took ages to clean off the other tubes & obviously lost the contents of 1!!!

Fantastic customer service

Great service from WrexRaw, nothing is too much trouble and they are always friendly and happy to help. My pup is not just fussy but has allergies so I had to make a few requests on my order and it was spot on. Also the best price Prime Raw supplier I’ve found. Arrived fast and well packaged and the updates were really helpful. Can’t fault at all! My new go to raw food shop! Thank you ☺️
